Sönd Rewards FAQ

How do I start with the Sönd Rewards Programme?

In order to start your loyalty programme with Sönd you need to create an account with us and start purchasing! When you create an account you get a 50 points one-off Welcome Bonus too!  

How can I earn points?

Oooh we’re so glad you asked! There are five ways to earn loyalty points with Sönd:

1. shopping here at Sönd for your favourite skincare products will earn you points - 4 points per £1 spent.
2. Simply using social media will also earn you points - follow us on Instagram and you’ll earn 500 points - give us a follow on Twitter and you’ll get another 500 points - Tweet about us and you’ll get a bonus 200 points!
3. We love to hear what you think about us (and we promise, not just the good, we can handle constructive criticism if you have any) so leave us a written product review and you’ll get 500 points.
4. Tell everyone about us and we’ll love you forever - refer a friend and we’ll reward your loyalty with 1000 points and a £10 off voucher for your friend.
5. Go all out and leave us a video testimonial detailing how the Sönd skincare system has changed your skin and you’ll receive a whopping 2000 points.  

How do I track how many points I have?

You can track your loyalty points at any time by logging into your account and going to “my rewards” tab. This tab will also allow you to redeem points once you have reached enough points for a reward.

How are the purchase points calculated?

For every £1 you spend on the purchase of a product on www.sondskin.com you receive 4 points. Points are not issued for any amount spent on shipping costs. Therefore, loyalty points are only earned for money actually spent on the product. 

How much are points worth?

Each 100 points are worth £1. So if you have 500 points they woudl be worth £5. 

How Do I Redeem My Sönd Loyalty Points?

It’s easy peasy to keep track of your points and most importantly spend them. Here’s how: 

1. Login to your account.
2. Click on 'Loyalty points' on the left hand side (it’s near the top)
3. Click on ‘Redeem now’ and choose the voucher you would like to redeem by clicking ‘Redeem’. If you need to find your discount code again, click on 'My Rewards' and you’ll see it again. 
4. You’ll see a discount code displayed which you can then copy and paste into the checkout in the box marked ‘Discount code’
5. Wait for your products to arrive!

Do the points expire at any time?

Points do not expire whilst you have an active account with us.

How do I use my rewards?

Rewards are issued as coupon codes that can be applied on the payment page during checkout (only one coupon code per order).

What are the minimum points that are needed in order to redeem points?

You need to have at least 350 points to redeem your rewards or you can wait for a higher reward amount by accumulating points.

What happens if I return a purchase that used loyalty points? Can my loyalty points be refunded to my account?

How does the Refer-a-friend point system work?

You can earn points by referring a friend through the Sönd Rewards. Click on Sönd Rewards, and Earn, under the Refer a friend there is a “Refer Now!” button. This gives you a link to share with your friends. You will receive 350 points once your friend successfully completes their first-time purchase.
